Successful Digital Networking of Central Catalonia: attendance triples in its second edition
More than 180 professionals meet in Manresa to discuss innovation and strengthen the business fabric of the territory.
Last November 28, Manresa hosted the second edition of the Digital Networking of Central Catalonia, an event that exceeded all expectations and consolidated its role as a benchmark in innovation and digital transformation. Organized by ProManresa, Manresa City Council and Orvit Digital, with the collaboration of the Diputació de Barcelona, Escola Montserrat, Pimec Joves Catalunya Central and Outer Gin, the meeting tripled the attendance of the first edition, bringing together more than 180 businessmen and entrepreneurs.
A day of inspiration and business success
The event, held at El Glaç, began with a keynote speech by Albert Vilar, former creative director of Vicio, who offered an innovative perspective on how to enhance creativity and digital strategies in companies. Based on his experience with the popular fast food chain, Vilar highlighted the importance of betting on revolutionary ideas adapted to the needs of today’s market.

Round table with experts
Afterwards, the round table “How to innovate from Central Catalonia” was held, moderated by the business consultant Marc Fernández.
This space brought together leading professionals from the territory, such as:

- Guillem Vilà, director and third generation of Grup Vilà Vila.
- Sonia Gázquez, marketing director of Cohitech.
- Òscar Lérida, operations director of Deporvillage.
- Albert Valverde, CMO and co-founder of Kanguro.
The speakers discussed the challenges and opportunities facing local companies, sharing success stories that inspired the attendees. Among the topics discussed were the adaptation to new technologies, the commitment to sustainability and the impact of local talent on the global business landscape.
