Round table: Young talent in Bages
On April 23 took place the round table with the participation of entrepreneurs and representatives of leading companies in Bages. The event, held at the Chamber of Commerce of Manresa, focused on the debate “Young talent in Bages: challenges, opportunities and future in the labor market”.
Among the participants was the director of Orvit Digital, Gemma Fontané, who shared a table with experts from different companies.
This day of debate has been organized by Pro Manresa, the Manresa Chamber of Commerce and the students of the higher level training cycle of Administration and Finance of the Montserrat School.
Our participation in the debate
The objective of this meeting was to address the main difficulties that exist between the academic world and the world of work, and to identify their barriers based on the first-hand experience of the invited professionals.
Gemma Fontané, entrepreneur and founder of Orvit Digital, participated in this debate along with human resources managers from companies such as Tous, Cots i Claret, UVE Solutions and Cohitec. Other participants were companies specialized in recruitment such as The Talent Room and Etalentum Anoia & Bages, as well as students and teachers of the Montserrat School.
